1. General Terms

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the djbet platform and its users. This document applies to all services, games, promotions, and payment activities on djbet.

• In the event of any inconsistency between the English and Bengali versions of the terms and conditions, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Age & Identity

• A valid national ID card or passport is required.
• Each person may open only one account — multiple accounts on the same device or using the same payment method are prohibited.

Registration Information

• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Providing false information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.
• djbet may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3. Account Management

Each user is fully responsible for the security and activity of their own djbet account.

• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure and change it regularly.
• Login credentials should never be shared with any third party.
• If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, djbet support must be notified immediately.
• Accounts considered suspicious by djbet may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.
• To update account information, users must contact djbet's support team.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the djbet platform are fully secure and encrypted. The deposit and withdrawal policies are detailed below.

Deposit Terms

• Only a payment method registered in the user's own name may be used to deposit funds into an account.
• Transactions made using a third party's payment method may be cancelled.
• For bank transfers, major banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank are supported.

Withdrawal Terms

• Identity verification must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10–45 minutes; additional verification may extend this time.
• Withdrawals are not permitted if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

djbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Each bonus has its own applicable terms.

Welcome bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Large deposit example: ৳42,000 deposited → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.

Wagering Requirement

• 20x wagering must be completed before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets required before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering when withdrawing a bonus — the contribution percentage of specific games is determined separately.

General Bonus Policy

• All specific terms and conditions apply when participating in a promotion.
• djbet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Using any strategic or improper method to take advantage of bonuses will result in the bonus being cancelled.

6. Gaming Policy

Various types of gaming experiences are available on the djbet platform. All games are operated in accordance with fair play principles.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If the result of a game is deemed void due to a technical error, djbet reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, the result will be determined based on the server-side record.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, djbet's decision shall be final.
• For sports betting, djbet reserves the right to change odds until a bet has been confirmed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the djbet platform. If any such activity is detected, the account will be terminated immediately.

• Operating more than one account by the same person.
• Using unauthorized software, bots, or automation tools.
• Using collaborative betting or arbitrage methods to gain bonus advantages.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing or engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information.

8. Privacy & Security

12. Account Closure and Termination

Closure by the User

Closure by djbet

• If a user is found to be involved in prohibited activities, their account may be closed immediately.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a long time may be closed after prior notice is given through support.
• After an account is closed, any valid balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
